Select a contact from the drop‑down list to act as the customer.

How to Use the Preview Box
Go to Chatbot → Actions or Knowledge Base.
On the right side of the screen, locate the Preview Box.
Select a Contact from the drop‑down menu to simulate a conversation.
Start chatting with the bot and verify the responses.

Always test your bot after making any changes to the Knowledge Base, Actions, or Settings.
