BusinessChat standard online plans give you 1,000 free WhatsApp conversations monthly, but you must pay for conversations above this free bundle.

The billing cycle applies to BusinessChat customers who subscribe to our standard online payment plans. However, it does not apply to enterprise customers that pay via bank transfer.
Regardless of your plan, monthly or yearly, consumption will be calculated each month.
On the first day of each month, we will calculate your consumption in the previous month and generate an invoice for your consumption.
The consumption calculations are as follows:
If your consumption is less than 1,000 conversations, you won't pay any extra fee for the consumption.
If your consumption exceeds 1,000, you will pay $10 (SAR 40) per 1,000 conversations above the free bundle.
For example, if your consumption is 2,500 conversations during the last month:
The First 1000 are free.
For the 1,500, you will pay $20.
🔴 Warning
In the yearly plans, if you fail to pay for the monthly consumption, you will continue using the platform as usual, but you can only make up to 1,000 conversations monthly.
