Inbox Search is finally here
One of our most-requested features is finally here. You can now search across your entire Inbox — messages, notes, orders, and contacts — and jump straight to what you need.
🔍 Search everything — messages, notes, orders, and contacts, all from one place.
🌐 Global search — Ctrl + F (⌘ F on Mac) — open search from anywhere in the Inbox to jump to recent messages, search text and notes, and find conversations by contact name, order ID, or phone number.
🕵️ In-conversation search — Ctrl + Shift + F (⌘ Shift + F on Mac) — search within an open conversation and step through matches with Enter (Shift + Enter to go back, Esc to close).
🗂 Search in Conversation Views — find conversations by contact name or phone number.

Campaigns just got a major upgrade
We shipped a big set of improvements across the Campaigns flow to make your campaigns safer, smarter, and easier to manage.
🔁 Auto-resend failed messages — set 1–5 retry attempts at launch; a retry campaign is created automatically the next day as {Campaign Title} (retry) when needed.
📅 Split sending across days — safely split large audiences as {Campaign Title} (3/5) to stay within WhatsApp’s daily limits. Choose automatic split, split by number of campaigns, or split by max contacts per day.
🔄 Manual resend to failed contacts — resend only to the contacts that failed, without recreating the campaign or audience.
♻️ Manual resend failed campaigns — retry an entire failed campaign in one click.
✅ Pre-launch checks — we validate template approval, channel health, payment and wallet status, and other blockers before launch; save the campaign as a draft if something needs fixing.
🛑 Cancel campaign — stop an in-progress campaign at any time.
✨ UI improvements — a cleaner campaigns table with avatars to tell normal, auto-retried, and split campaigns apart, plus easier navigation between auto-retried pages.

Slash commands and a faster composer
Fly through the composer with your keyboard — send saved replies, attach media, and switch modes without ever leaving it.
⚡ Slash (/) commands for saved replies — type / to instantly view your saved replies, navigate or search with your keyboard, and press Enter to send.
📎 Quick actions with @ — type @ to attach an image, file, or video; open the templates or saved replies modal; or switch to note mode.
🔀 Toggle modes with # — type # to switch quickly between note mode and message mode.
🎨 Keyboard text styling — select text and format it: Ctrl + B (⌘ B) for bold, Ctrl + I (⌘ I) for italic, Ctrl + Shift + X (⌘ Shift + X) for strikethrough, and Ctrl + E (⌘ E) for code.

More improvements
A few more improvements worth knowing about:
🎨 Custom colors for conversation topics — assign a color to each topic from Topics settings; colors appear across the inbox and conversations for better visibility and organization.
🔝 Usage-based ordering — saved replies and topics are now ordered by usage, so your most-used ones always appear at the top.
🕒 AI bot working hours — you can now configure the working hours of the AI bot so it engages only when you want it to.
