We Sync your e-commerce store contact on Zid, Salla and Shopify once you connect your ecommerce store with BusinessChat. You will see the synced contacts under segments on your contacts page.

Syncing contact should not take more than 24 hours after connecting your eCommerce store. The customer will receive an email once the sync is done

If the number of contacts with valid phone numbers in your ecommerce store does not match the number of contacts in the segment, please report a bug.

⚡️ Attention

BusinessChat only syncs contacts with valid phone numbers. Therefore, the number of contacts on your store may differ from the number of contacts synced in the BusinessChat platform.

Also, if the contact is already available on BusinessChat platform, we won't sync him with your store, and you will not find him under the segment.

Any contacts added to your ecommerce store will be synced automatically within one day with BusinessChat platform.
