Go to your website’s edit page:
1. Sign in to your Wix account to access your dashboard.
2. Once you’re in, click on Edit Site.
Add an element:
Click on The + icon (step1) → select Embed Code (step2) → choose Popular embeds (step3) → click on Embed HTML (step4).
Add the installation code:
1. Copy the installation code.
2. Paste the code you have received from BusinessChat in the pop-up window (1), then click on Apply (2). If the window didn't pop up, just click on Enter Code.
💡Tip
If the widget isn't fully visible, right-click on it and choose Stretch, enable then disable it again. Finally, drag the widget's height to make room for the widget's bubble.
Display the widget:
Display the widget on all pages:
Right-click on the widget and enable Show on All Pages, then click Publish to make your edits live.
Display the widget on specific pages:
Repeat (Step 2) on the page you want the widget to appear on exclusively. Then click Publish to make your edits live.
Position the widget:
Pick a position on the page(s) to pin the widget in. To do this, right-click on your widget and select Pin Settings, choose a position, close the settings window, and click on Publish.
