We rebuilt the platform’s interface from the ground up — and added a long list of new capabilities along the way.
🆕 New dashboard design — Refreshed at a glance.
💬 Inbox — Search contacts, bulk-close, responsive layout, media & attachment previews, voice recordings, and image downloads. Reassignment is now an icon at the top of the chat box; the old reassignment button is replaced by customer info. Media, links, and files are accessible directly from the chat panel.
📣 Campaigns — Filter by sender, sender date column, only 3 sending steps, create templates from inside campaigns, improved CSV experience, error-reasons report, template review inside the campaign report, and a smart-sending indicator.
⚡ Automations — Automations and notifications now split by type, dedicated automation log page, new notifications settings page, inactive automations moved to their own tab, smart-sending visible in the table, simpler setup, and templates can be created from inside an automation. Welcome series setup moved to the settings page so you don’t re-walk the popup while editing.
🤖 Chatbot — Refreshed experience throughout the chatbot builder.
👥 Contacts — Group creation split from importing, single contacts can join groups, combine groups to create new ones, edit contact info, bulk-add to a group, bulk-remove from a group, and edit group names.

📊 Reports — Refreshed look and feel; group by day, week, or month per individual report.
🧩 App Store — Two tabs: Installed apps and All apps.
⚙️ Settings — Language settings moved into Profile, active and inactive Users split into separate views, Templates simplified to a single step (the predefined templates popup is now inside Settings), and the Users table now shows Activated at and Deleted at columns.
