How conversations are sorted?

Understand how the conversations are sorted in the chat views.

Open conversations' sorting 

In all chat views, Open conversations are sorted based on the conversation open date. The newly opened conversation will be on top. 

Having new messages in the conversation won't change its order.

Closed conversations' sorting 

Closed conversations are sorted based on the conversation closed date, newly closed conversations will be on top.
