After the user finishes the customer conversation assigned to him, he closes it. However, suppose as a user, you want to resume the conversation with the customer, to achieve that, you can reopen the conversation.
Steps to reopen the conversation on BusinessChat platform
1. Open your account on BusinessChat platform.
2. Click on Chat icon, the list of chatting categories will appear.
3. Select Assigned To me category.
4. In the Closed tab ,choose the conversation you want to reopen .
5. Click on the reopen icon.
6. The conversation will transfer to Open tab conversations and will be automatically get assigned to you.
