In BusinessChat platform, you can change the name for:
- Yourself
- Change the name for another user
Change your profile name
- Go to BusinessChat platform, click on your avatar.
- Click on the Profile option from the list.
3. Navigate to First and Last Name fields, then change the name
Choose the name carefully. The name you will use will appear to customers when you send them messages.
4. Click Save Changes for changes to take place.
Changing the name for another user
You need to have an Owner or an Admin role to be able to change another user name.
To Change the profile name of a user:
1. Go to BusinessChat platform, and navigate to Settings.
2. Choose the Users tab, then click on the pen icon for the user you want to edit his name.
3. In the navigation pane, you will find the First name and Last name fields.
4. Now, you can easily change a user display name.
5. Click on the Save button down below
