When the user opens the BusinessChat platform and navigate to the chat icon, multi-options appear in the Inbox:
- Assigned to me: This option shows all conversations assigned to every user individually.
- Bot conversation: This option shows all conversations assigned to ChatBot.
- Unassigned: This option displays the pending conversations that are not assigned.
- Teams: This option shows all conversations assigned to members of each team.
